Honoring Our KIJO Family — Group Successfully Holds Forum and Recognition Event for Employees with Over 10 Years of Service

Through a decade of solidarity and perseverance, the legacy continues to unfold new chapters. At 3:00 PM on December 31, 2025, the Commendation Conference and Development Forum for employees with over ten years of service at KIJO Group was grandly held in the third-floor conference room of the Jiujiang Company. Senior group leaders gathered with over 100 long-serving employees to reflect on their journey of hard work and discuss future development. Employees from overseas branches and various marketing regions joined simultaneously via online sessions.  

Before the meeting, longtime employees at the Jiujiang main venue, dressed in uniform attire, gathered for a group photo in front of the office building, capturing the honor of a decade's commitment. As the forum commenced, the Chairman first extended sincere gratitude and high respect to all employees with over ten years of service, praising their dedication to their posts and their spirit of overcoming challenges. He emphasized that it is the perseverance and contribution of generations of KIJO people that have built the Group's achievements today.  

During the sharing session led by employee representatives, the meeting innovatively adopted a format that combined "pre-meeting questionnaire surveys, on-site nominations, and random selection," actively engaging the participants. Employees affectionately recalled their growth alongside the company and enthusiastically offered suggestions on key issues such as management optimization, market expansion, and talent development. Their sincere words and thoughtful advice conveyed deep affection for KIJO Group. Some shared that over the past decade, the company has provided them with a stable platform and resource support—a sense of belonging they truly cherish.  

In the exchange and Q&A session, Group President Wu Mingyao listened attentively, responded to each point, and delivered concluding remarks. He stated that the suggestions from long-serving employees are valuable assets to the Group, and the company will carefully review and incorporate them into practical measures to drive high-quality development. He also outlined the Group's future vision, calling on all employees to unite and work together to create an even brighter tomorrow for KIJO Group.  

The climax of the conference was the awarding of the "Loyal Employee Medal" to each attending longtime employee by the leaders. The gleaming medals not only recognize their decade-long commitment but also honor their outstanding contributions to the Group’s development. Employees participating online will also receive this honor via mail.  

Following the commendation ceremony, all attendees moved to the cultural hall for a banquet and excellent performances. Melodious music, wonderful shows, and warm interactions filled the venue with a homely atmosphere.  

This conference was not only a tribute to perseverance but also a mobilization gathering to build consensus.
