How to Repair the E-Vehicle Battery?

1. First determine the working voltage of the E-Vehicle battery, which is generally 48v or 24v.

Then find the node of each battery pack of the battery, and measure whether the single-pass voltage is normal. In general, the single-pass voltage should remain the same. If there is a different voltage, it proves that there may be a problem with the battery pack.

2. The sulfation failure of E-Vehicle battery can be repaired with a repairer.

By measuring the state of the battery, it continuously emits positive and negative variable frequency particle waves during the process of charging and discharging. After about 15 hours, the lead sulfate that has crystallized and becomes hard in the battery can be removed. However, it should be noted that this method of repairing E vehicle battery is generally only suitable for slight sulfation. If the sulfation is severe, replace the battery with a new one.

3. E-Vehicle battery plate softening failure: After discharging the battery to 10.5V, use the bulb to discharge it deeply for 1 to 5 hours.

Then use the activation instrument to activate the repair. In this way, there is a certain chance that the lithium battery of electric vehicles can be repaired, but the more serious situation can only be replaced with a new one.

4. Use multiple strings and multiple parallel methods to repair E-Vehicle battery

Generally, the low-voltage batteries are supplemented in series with a DC power supply, or the high-voltage batteries are lowered in series with a load meter to achieve battery voltage balance. Effect. If the voltage difference is tens of millivolts, charging or discharging is not easy to operate. In this case, someone needs to guard it, otherwise the battery will easily be charged too much or discharged less. Obviously, this repair method is very inconvenient and low in efficiency. There are very few lithium batteries that can be repaired in one day.
