To enhance delivery capability and improve manufacturing efficiency, KIJO Group has completed a comprehensive upgrade of its power battery assembly workshop, introducing advanced intelligent equipment and optimizing production processes.

Since March 2025, the workshop has completed a major equipment upgrade project, replacing traditional semi-automatic equipment with advanced intelligent production systems. The upgrade has significantly improved production capacity, manufacturing efficiency, and product consistency, thereby strengthening support for a stable global supply.

Advanced Equipment Upgrade Builds a Strong Intelligent Manufacturing Foundation

Through this comprehensive upgrade, KIJO Group's power battery assembly workshop has significantly improved its manufacturing capabilities.

The workshop is now equipped with 24 new intelligent plate wrapping machines, including 15 dual-operator models and 9 single-operator models. Each machine achieves a production capacity of approximately 3,500 units per shift, greatly improving production efficiency compared with traditional equipment.

In addition, the workshop has introduced advanced production equipment including:

• Intelligent casting and welding systems

• Fully automated downstream processing equipment

• Air-tightness testing machines

• Intelligent palletizing systems

These advanced technologies enable a more integrated and automated manufacturing process, strengthening KIJO Group's smart manufacturing capabilities.

Significant Capacity Improvement Ensures Reliable Supply

The implementation of intelligent equipment has delivered substantial improvements in production capacity.

Before the upgrade, the workshop produced approximately 60,000–70,000 units per day. After modernization, stable daily production capacity has increased to 80,000–90,000 units per shift, representing an improvement of more than 40%.

The five standardized production lines now support multiple mainstream power battery specifications, including 20Ah, 32Ah, 45Ah, and 58Ah models, providing flexible production capacity to meet different market requirements.

With reliable intelligent equipment, preventive maintenance systems, and optimized production management, KIJO Group has significantly enhanced production stability and supply reliability.

Process Optimization Enhances Product Quality and Consistency

The upgrade focuses not only on increasing production capacity but also on improving product quality through advanced manufacturing processes.

To overcome traditional production challenges such as frame deformation, assembly deviation, and inconsistent precision, KIJO introduced intelligent shaping and positioning systems to improve assembly accuracy and product consistency.

The upgraded production lines also feature:
