On June 22, 2026, the largest electric vehicle industry event in Latin America – the Eletrocar Show 2026 – kicked off at the Distrito Anhembi Exhibition Center in São Paulo, Brazil. KIJO Group, a global player in the power battery sector, showcased its full product portfolio, including lead‑acid power batteries, lithium power batteries, industrial backup power systems, and energy storage solutions, at booth H1‑340. The first day saw a steady stream of professional visitors and lively discussions at the KIJO stand.

Covering over 12,000 square meters of exhibition space, this year's Eletrocar Show brought together around 615 exhibitors and an estimated 29,000 industry professionals. The event spans the entire EV value chain – from complete vehicles and power batteries to electric drive systems, charging infrastructure, and intelligent connectivity. A highlight was the "China Link" business matching session, where approximately 21 Chinese automotive suppliers held one‑on‑one talks with about 50 Brazilian buyers. KIJO Group, as one of the participating Chinese battery manufacturers, leveraged this platform to establish initial contacts with many potential partners.

In terms of product offerings, KIJO Group presented a differentiated portfolio tailored to the specific needs of the Brazilian and Latin American markets. The lead‑acid power battery series is designed for two‑wheel EVs and "loose" (low‑speed, non‑standard) light electric vehicles, delivering excellent shock resistance and high‑low temperature adaptability, while balancing affordability and recyclability. The lithium power battery series targets three‑wheel EVs, offering higher energy density, lighter weight, fast‑charging capability, and extended cycle life – significantly lowering the total cost of ownership in commercial applications. In addition, the industrial backup and energy storage batteries drew keen interest from buyers in telecommunications, data centers, and the energy sector.

Brazil is rapidly emerging as a policy hub and market engine for South America’s new energy industry. In recent years, Chinese exports of bicycle and EV parts to Brazil have continued to rise, with complete‑vehicle exports remaining stable at over 300,000 units per year, and exports of accessories and spare parts exceeding US$85 million. Against this backdrop, KIJO Group regards Brazil as a strategic pillar of its global expansion. Our participation in this exhibition is not just a product and technology showcase, but also a comprehensive presentation of our localized service system – including after‑sales support, spare parts availability, and custom development capabilities.

The show continues through June 25, and the KIJO team is still welcoming visitors at booth H1‑340, with live product demonstrations and technical presentations on site. We cordially invite all partners, industry peers, and media friends to visit our booth for in‑depth discussions about the future of green mobility.
