    On July 14, KIJO Group solemnly convened its "United in Purpose · Embracing a New Journey" 2025 First-Half Business Summary and Commendation Conference at its Yongxiu branch in Jiujiang. The event was attended by the Group's Chairman, President, Vice Presidents, and heads of various departments. In addition to reviewing the work progress of the first half, the conference laid out key plans for the second half of the year.

    The conference began with a rousing chorus of "The Song of KIJO" by all attendees. Vice President Jiang delivered the first-half business analysis report, detailing the Group's overall performance, analyzing current market competition, identifying key challenges in marketing, and proposing targeted improvement measures.  


    Facing a complex and ever-changing market environment, KIJO's team has consistently demonstrated a problem-solving mindset. Department heads provided thorough summaries of their respective areas, reviewing challenges, extracting lessons, and outlining corrective actions. With a goal-oriented approach, they mapped out second-half strategies, emphasizing internal optimization, cross-department collaboration, and service quality enhancement to ensure the achievement of annual targets.

    Uniting Forces to Secure Annual Goals  

    President Wu Mingyao delivered a comprehensive review of the first half, acknowledging the marketing team's resilience in overcoming market challenges. He highlighted achievements such as new product launches, domestic market stabilization, overseas expansion, production capacity improvements, and quality control advancements.  


    He stressed that the second half is a critical period for achieving annual objectives and called on all KIJO people to maintain confidence, confront difficulties head-on, and execute plans with unwavering determination to ensure full-year success.  



    Precision Marketing & Collaborative Execution  

    Chairman Wu Guoshun emphasized the marketing department's need for deep market insights and a strong, stable team. While consolidating existing markets, efforts must expand into untapped regions and new clients, with a focus on core markets and customers to strengthen nationwide presence. He also urged all departments to fully support marketing:  

    - R&D to develop market-driven innovations;  

    - Quality Control to enforce strict inspections;  

    - Operations to enhance supply chain efficiency and delivery speed.  


    A "customer-first" philosophy must guide all actions to ensure annual targets are met.  

    Marketing Leads, Synergy Follows  

    A week prior, the Marketing Center held its mid-year review, analyzing sales performance and refining second-half strategies:  

    - New Energy Division: Prioritized product empowerment and marketing synergy;  

    - Power Division: Focused on high-end market penetration;  

    - International Division: Aimed to explore emerging markets under the Belt and Road initiative;  

    - Industrial Division**: Emphasized data-driven operations and standardized reporting.  


    Vice President Jiang Changquan instructed each division to refine product strategies, strengthen execution, and ensure high-quality goal attainment.
