To ensure stable delivery during peak seasons and further enhance product quality, KIJO Group has carried out a comprehensive upgrade of its continuous casting and rolling workshop, focusing on four key areas: equipment optimization, workforce development, process improvement, and workshop layout restructuring.

The new layout reduces unnecessary storage time, shortens production cycles, enables real-time production monitoring, and helps identify potential issues more quickly, contributing to higher efficiency and lower defect rates.
